Trin’s Word of the Day: CHORIZO
Well, it has truly been a pleasure having Trinity with us these past few weeks. She is an awesome dog and really has adjusted to our diverse lifestyle. Last week we wrote about her experience with Migas – well this week we want to share with you her experience with CHORIZO. For those of you who don’t know what CHORIZO is, it’s a mexican sausage that you mix with eggs for breakfeast. My grandma (Momo) makes it from hamburger meat, pork sausage and some mexican spices for a very very tasty treat.
This past weekend, we had chorizo, potatoes and egg (or as mexicans say – Chorizo, papitas and huevos). Trin had a taste of some leftovers and all I can tell ya is her fur is turning more and more brown, with each passing day at the Arriaga/Marquez household.
