   My niece, Dena, was born 27 years ago in Spring, Texas with the same conditon as Baby Faith…(she was born in January and died in August of the same year of different complications)…she was a beautiful baby just like Baby Faith and we had her in our house for awhile, held her, fed her and rocked her to sleep even though we knew she couldn’t see us…We just loved her as anyone would love a baby…We will keep Baby Faith in our prayers…please keep us posted on her developments and we will also keep u in our prayers….God Bless You

   Being the mother of a blind child I know how overwhelming this can be, but trust me, your attitude of “yes she can” will get you through everyday. My blind son is now 18 and has done everything from riding a motorcycle to exploring Boston on his own. Nothing but good can happen from this day forward. God bless.

   I read your story on ABC news and thought it was sad. I sent a small donation, God bless Faith and I wish her the best of luck.
