From a Friend…
This poem was written by a friend of mine.
She did a beautiful job of writing this and helping us all “see” things from a different and refreshing perspective.
I look through her eyes
Her eyes that do not see
Her vision is more beautiful
Her sight
Has
Taught
Me
I used to think
That I saw the world
With all of its colors
All of its shapes
All of its….everything
But I was wrong
My little girl
My precious angel
Showed me
What I could not see
I now see with my hands
And capture visions
With my heartbeat
Absorbing the beauty
And all that life
Offers me
She may not be able to see
The same way
Others view
She sees more
More than
Me
And
You
